CARMEN SEGARRA is an attorney in private practice and cofounder of Apron & Hare. 
Before serving as a regulator for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, she worked at MBNA (now Bank of America), Citigroup, and Société Générale.

A graduate of Harvard University, Columbia University, and Cornell Law School,

she currently lives in New York.
